Shipping policy
Please note any standard services can experience delays due to the services running at that time. If an order has not been delivered after 30 days of dispatch, please contact us via info@maiyo.co.uk. We are unable to classify any packages as ‘lost’ until we have received confirmation from the couriers. If tracking details shows a package has been delivered with the correct GPS we have to classify the package as delivered. If an address has been inputted incorrectly by the customer we are not liable for any incorrect deliveries.
