Our cotton is made in Japan with a blend of hemp and 100% organic cotton. These yarns are GRS-approved and are created with zero chemicals and fairly paid farmers.

Our hardware is handmade with water resistant materials and sensitive to skin. We hope we can grow into using more recycled materials as our mission to increase the sustainability of our brand grows

We work on small production runs with a certified supplier in Vietnam.

Our factory follows the Ethical Trading Initiative, ensuring all social and environmental standards are met.

The employees are 90% female, with creative skills in pattern cutting and hand woven crocheting. All employees are all paid at least the regional living wage, and higher, depending on skill set.

We keep fabric purchases to an absolute minimum, If any excess material is left over from a production run, it is saved for the next collection, this is why we have repeat colourways across seasons

Fabrics and extra parts are sourced locally to the factory, which helps to reduce our carbon footprint.

Our swimwear arrives inside a polybag, these are all biodegradable and intended to be reused! they are the best way to carry and store your swimwear to prevent damage.

Our tissue paper that is inserted inside our box is printed using soya based ink and using recycled paper. The boxes are 75% recycled materials and we ask our customers to recycle these.
