We process orders within 1-2 business days after placing the order. Please note orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or European holidays.

EUROPE SHIPPING: EU Standard - £8.50 EU Express - £19.50 EU Standard - (Over £200) – FREE
USA SHIPPING USA Standard – £7.50 USA Express - £18.50 USA standard - (Over £200) – FREE
UAE SHIPPING UAE Standard – £5.50 UAE Express - £12.50 USA standard - (Over £200) – FREE
REST of the WORLD Standard – £14.50 Express - £22.50
Orders outside the UK Any Duties & Taxes that maybe be due, based on your location and countries policies, all these charges are paid by the customer on delivery.
If you’d like to cancel your order for whatever reason, please email email@example.com within a few hours of ordering. If your order has not yet been dispatched we are able to cancel.
All ‘outlet’ items are non-returnable. By entering into a 'clearance sale' you are agreeing to our terms and conditions advertised and these items can't re-enter our warehouse.
Sale items are available for return.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return full price items and sale items within 14 days from receiving your order.

All return costs are to be covered by the customer. We recommend sending your return via a tracked service to ensure we can allocate it if needs be.
For international returns we ask you add that the items are ‘returned goods’ to avoid any custom charges when entering back to the UK, any charges will be deducted from your refund.
What are the return charges? You are responsible for the return cost of shipping and all other expenses. For our ‘Pearl’ collection there will be a £10 handling charge deducted from the refunded amount. As the collection is delicate extra time is needed to ensure the suit is returned exactly how it was sent.
Can I ask for a refund? As a condition for refund, the returned item(s) will undergo a quality control check. The item(s) should be returned new, unused, unwashed. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed and altered will not be accepted or refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense.
Please be advised any refunds shall be made for the price of the items, not inclusive of added shipping options at checkout or duty and taxes paid to enter your country under their specific tariff and threshold. Once approved, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and another 5-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account used for the purchase.
Faulty goods In the instance of faulty items, please notify us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that all items that are damaged as result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and attached a returns form inside the package with exchange details.
